The Columbus Water & Power (CWP) discount program is a utility assistance program for CWP customers. It is aimed at creating more affordable and equitable access to public utilities for Columbus residents.
Through the income-qualified discount, customers who are eligible will receive a 30% discount on their water and/or power usage charges. Seniors, 60 and older, who are eligible for the discount may be eligible to have their service charges waived.
