The following is the latest update from the applicants, Pulte Homes and Harmony Development Group for rezoning request Z18-058, aka Sugar Farm/Renner South. It is anticipated that this will be heard by Columbus City Council as early as Sept. 8, or possibly in October. Council will have the final say.
